Role Overview:
We are looking for a pleasant and professional Front Desk Officer to be the welcoming face of our company. You will manage all front desk duties, provide excellent customer service, and support our administrative team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and answer phone calls in a courteous manner.
- Manage the reception area and handle incoming mail.
- Provide administrative support using MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Schedule appointments and maintain records.
Requirements:
- 10+2 qualification or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of front desk, receptionist experience or customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and MS Office.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
