Descriptions
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Keep detailed & accurate records of visitor requests and calls received.
- Keep the reception area tidy & presentable
- Answer and route all telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Receive deliveries and arrange & distribute couriers promptly
- Monitor office supplies and restock as per need
- Monthly update on the printing & stationary consumption & stock verification
- Prepare Stationary & Printing, General Office Supply Purchase Order
- Handover stationery to the employee as per request
- Perform other clerical duties such as filing, data entry, photocopying and typing
- Payment handover to Vendors with proper documentation. (Cheques Received & Handover to Parties)
- Vehicle Arrangements & Coordinating with Drivers
- Internal Sales Handling (Sales Parcel Receiving & Handover to Staff)
- Internal Sales – (Cash Collection & Handover)
Competency required for the position
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Business Administration (Running/completed)
- Proper verbal and written communication in both English and Nepali
- Knowledge of handling phone calls
- Excellent Organizing skills
- Hands-on experience with office equipment
- 1 year+ experience in related field
- Proficient in using MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook etc.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work
