- Greet guests warmly and professionally as they arrive at the hotel, providing a friendly and hospitable first impression.
- Efficiently handle check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and promptly.
- Assist guests with their luggage, directing them to their rooms, and offering information about hotel facilities and services.
- Manage all incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, responding courteously and directing requests to the appropriate departments.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism, seeking resolutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Manage reservations and room allocations, coordinating with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with concierge services to assist guests with travel arrangements, restaurant reservations, and other special requests. (If Required).
- Keep abreast of hotel promotions, events, and local attractions to provide guests with relevant and up-to-date information.
- Maintain an accurate record of guest transactions and interactions in the hotel management system.
- Work closely with the hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experiences and uphold the hotel's brand reputation.
- Uphold the hotel's security and confidentiality policies, ensuring guest information is protected at all times.
