Videographer

Location: Kathmandu, Chitwan, Butwal, Pokhara (1 candidate each)
 

Skills Required:

• Photography: Ability to capture impactful photos of daily activities, events, and success stories that convey emotion and tell a story.
• Videography: Proficient in shooting, editing, and producing high-quality video content for a variety of platforms (social media, website, presentations). Skilled in framing, composition, and understanding lighting and sound for video production.
• Content Editing: Expertise in video and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom) to create polished, professional content from raw footage and images. Ability to add music, graphics, and effects to enhance the visual appeal.
• Storytelling: Ability to develop creative concepts and document real-time activities that tell authentic, compelling stories about rescue operations, reunions, and other key activities.
• Social Media and Digital Content: Familiarity with creating content optimized for different social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) and websites, with an understanding of how to adapt content for each platform’s audience and format.
• Project Management: Ability to plan and organize shoots, manage tight deadlines, and work independently while maintaining high-quality results. Skilled in archiving and categorizing visual assets for future use.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in operating various types of cameras and equipment. Knowledge of video production tools, including audio equipment, stabilization systems, and lighting kits.
• Communication: Strong communication skills to work with teams, clients, and stakeholders to understand and capture the vision of each project.
• Creativity and Innovation: Ability to think outside the box to develop new ideas and visual concepts to highlight the stories of rescued individuals and their journeys.
