Role Purpose:
The incumbent will be responsible for driving brand growth and market presence by developing and executing effective marketing strategies and campaigns. This includes analysing market trends, monitoring brand performance, managing product portfolios, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The role focuses on enhancing customer engagement, loyalty, and satisfaction through innovative brand-building activities, effective communication, and consistent delivery of the brand value proposition.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyse market trends and developments that may impact offline marketing activities.
• Assess and utilize alternate market research channels to identify emerging consumer trends.
• Design, collect, and analyse customer satisfaction surveys and feedback.
• Execute marketing activities and brand campaigns to communicate the company’s value proposition.
• Implement brand communication and brand plans aligned with business objectives.
• Generate creative marketing materials, templates, and collaterals to support campaigns.
• Execute customer loyalty and retention initiatives to strengthen long-term relationships.
• Forecast emerging market needs and recommend innovation campaigns to address them.
• Maintain and monitor customer acquisition and retention programs.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and brand campaigns.
• Ensure product quality, design, and brand consistency across all marketing channels.
• Manage and develop the brand/product portfolio through sales analysis and growth strategies.

 

Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field 
• 2 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related functions.
• Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and brand positioning.
• Passionate about brands, marketing innovation, and driving business growth.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, creative, and results-driven, with strong attention to detail.
