Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and dynamic Branding & Marketing Officer to develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and boost sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of luxury branding, digital marketing, and traditional advertising, with a passion for jewellery and fashion trends.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
Develop and implement branding strategies to strengthen brand identity in the Nepalese market.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms (online and offline).
Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
2. Digital & Social Media Marketing
Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) with engaging content.
Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) to drive traffic and conversions.
Collaborate with influencers and bloggers for brand partnerships.
Monitor SEO and website performance to improve online visibility.
3. Traditional & ATL/BTL Marketing
Coordinate ATL campaigns (TV, radio, print ads, billboards).
Execute BTL activities (events, exhibitions, in-store promotions, loyalty programs).
Design POS (Point-of-Sale) materials, brochures, and packaging branding.
4. Content Creation & PR
Develop compelling visual and written content (product stories, blogs, videos).
Collaborate with designers and photographers for catalogues and ad creatives.
Manage PR activities, including press releases and media partnerships.
5. Customer Engagement & CRM
Implement email and SMS marketing campaigns for promotions and customer retention.
Analyze customer feedback and market trends to refine marketing strategies.
6. Event & Collaboration Management
Organize product launches, fashion shows, and influencer meetups.
Build partnerships with wedding planners, celebrities, and corporate clients.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Experience: 2–4 years in branding, digital marketing, or luxury/fashion retail.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in social media marketing and Google Analytics.
Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator (preferred).
Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Soft Skills:
Creative thinking and strong visual storytelling.
Excellent communication skills (English & Nepali).
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
