Job Responsibilities:
- Create engaging and creative content, and reels for social media platforms to promote study abroad programs.
- Manage and regularly update all social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) to maintain a strong online presence.
- Edit and produce short videos using tools like CapCut, Canva, or TikTok for promotions and event highlights.
- Design and schedule social media posts, stories, and ad campaigns that attract potential students.
- Plan, organize, and execute marketing events, fairs, and campaigns in coordination with the counseling team.
- Conduct outdoor marketing activities such as school and college visits, and brand promotion events.
- Manage and implement email marketing, WhatsApp & Bulk SMS campaigns, and announcements to reach prospective students and partners.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, banners, and digital content.
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.
- Coordinate with Teams to ensure all marketing efforts align with company goals.
- Maintain relationships with vendors, media, and event partners for collaboration and brand visibility.
- Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, tools, and social media algorithms to improve content performance.
📋 Requirements:
- Education: +2 completed or Bachelor’s running/completed in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience (freshers are welcome).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital platforms.
- Ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns effectively.
- Creative, energetic, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Good coordination and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and social media tools is an added advantage.
