Job Description:
• Maintain and increase sales of company products in the Modern Trade segment.
• Achieve targets and goals set for the Modern Trade teams.
• Establish, maintain, and expand customer base in Modern Trade accounts.
• Set sales targets for individual reps and the team; allocate territories accordingly.
• Develop sales strategies and monitor team performance, motivating them to reach targets.
• Compile and analyze sales figures; report to Senior Manager.
• Conduct team huddles to set daily and weekly sales objectives and resolve bottlenecks.
• Identify client needs and pitch products effectively.
• Coordinate with storekeepers, dealers, and logistics for order fulfillment.
• Document orders and prepare market visit reports.
• Mentor subordinates and provide on-the-job training.
• Collect customer feedback and perform market research.
• Keep up to date with products, competitors, and Modern Trade channels.
Required Skills:
• Strong knowledge of Modern Trade channels and distribution networks.
• Leadership and mentoring skills to guide the team effectively.
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills for institutional clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
