Job requirement:

•  Develop and implement effective social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. 
• Create engaging content for various platforms, ensuring consistency with the brand voice and messaging.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance and generate insightful reports. 
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to recommend improvements and innovations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals. 
• Manage and grow social media communities by fostering meaningful interactions with followers.

Job Specification: 

• Proven experience in managing social media platforms for brands or organizations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
• Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and content marketing strategies.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
