Responsibilities:
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content for multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) that aligns with the brand's voice, goals, and target audience.
- Monitor and engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner to build meaningful connections and drive community engagement.
- Develop and implement social media strategies and campaigns to increase brand visibility, reach, and engagement while analyzing performance metrics to optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media efforts are aligned with broader marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing and propose innovative ideas to enhance the company's social media presence.
- Utilize social media analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs), generate reports, and provide insights to improve performance and achieve objectives.
- Manage paid social media advertising campaigns and budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
- Handle any social media crises or negative feedback professionally and promptly.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Handler, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and meet deadlines.
