Job Responsibilities:
1. Content Development
○ Write compelling content for social media, ads, blogs, and push notifications.
○ Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
2. Content Research & Trend Identification
○ Research and analyze trending topics, memes, and social media trends to create
relevant engaging content.
○ Collaborate with the digital and design team to develop witty and interactive
materials.
○ Assist the marketing team in planning and executing video content, including
reels and social media campaigns.
○ Support content ideation and participate in brainstorming sessions.
3. Collaboration & Content Editing
○ Work closely with the digital, platform and design team to create impactful
marketing materials.
○ Follow a structured marketing calendar and ensure timely content delivery.
○ Edit and refine content as per the feedback from the supervisor.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
1. Content Quality & Engagement
○ Maintain originality, accuracy, and brand consistency in content.
○ Achieve a targeted engagement rate on social media posts and push
notifications.
2. Timeliness & Productivity
○ Meet deadlines for content submission and revisions.
○ Ensure at least 90% adherence to the marketing calendar.
3. Trend Adaptation & Creativity
○ Implement at least three viral or trending content ideas monthly.
○ Demonstrate innovation in storytelling and content formats.
4. Collaboration & Team Contribution
○ Effectively communicate with the marketing team and other stakeholders.
○ Participate actively in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
5. Content Performance & Improvement
○ Track and analyze content performance using engagement metrics.
○ Improve content effectiveness based on feedback and data insights.
Requirements:
● 1-2 years of professional writing experience (Freshers with strong portfolios can apply).
● Creative, witty, and adaptive writing skills.
● Strong research and analytical skills.
● Social media savvy with knowledge of current trends and best practices.
● Fluent in written English and Nepali.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Open to feedback and able to collaborate effectively with the team.
