Central finance Limited., a well established national level class ‘’C’’ finance company licensed by NRB, having its Head Office at Kupondole, Lalitpur which has been in operation for over 27 years invites applications from self motivated & result oriented Nepalese citizens for the following positions for its Head Office and Branches

Branch In Charge (Upto Officer Level)

Work Stations: Kathmandu & Outside Valley

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred) in relevant subject

Work experience in BFLs is mandatory

Ability to check credit appraisals, assess risk and make decisions on leading

Have a good judgment, sound business sense high degree of accuracy and attention to detail,

Ability to lead and motivate a team

Ability achieve given targets

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Have a confident and assertive manner

Age not exceeding 35 years

Credit Department (Assistant to Officer Level)

Work Stations: Kathmandu & Outside Valley

Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject

Work experience in BFLs is preferred

Ability to check credit analysis & histories assess risk and make decisions on lending

Ability to learn credit processes and analysis

Age not exceeding 35 years

Operations Department (Assistant to Officer Level)

Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject

Work proficiency in computer operation required

Work experience in BFLs is preferred

Age not exceeding 35 years

Candidates are expected to be proficient in both written and spoken English/Nepali with excellent marketing, communication and interpersonal skills and be a computer literate with working knowledge of office applications
