Descriptions
Responsibilities:
To lead the team, devise strategy and action plan to achieve monthly sales
To select and develop a team of Sales Officer and Sales Representative
To ensure secondary sales as per the target
Experience:
Minimum 4-10 years of experience in Sales preferably in reputable FMCG Brands or Food & Beverage Industry or similar Industry
Skills Required:
Ability to Implement
Only candidates who can hire and train a team of 4 Sales officer and 40 Sales Representative need to apply.
Only candidates who can ensure greater than 95 % cash collection from retail shop need to apply.
Selection Process
The selection process will consist of two rounds of Interviews.
Salary:
Depending upon performance in selection process candidate’s salary will be between Rs 40,000 to Rs55,000 per month
Quarterly Incentive:
Quarterly Incentive as per the rules of the organization
