About College

College of Applied Business was established in 1998, with the objective of providing the Nation; Graduates with Knowledge and Vision. Students passing out from this college have frequently been found to be placed at the top of the Postgraduate studies of Universities like Tribhuvan University (TU), Pokhara University (PU), and Kathmandu University (KU). Our students are enjoying prestigious positions in business houses and financial institutions too. Simultaneously our products have completed Doctoral Programs from foreign universities with handsome scholarships. We at CAB, have adopted a different teaching pedagogy. Concentration is mostly on the overall development of the students with a sound research base. We have a Student Council managed and governed by the students under the supervision of a faculty member as coordinator. The council prepares and administers various student-related activities throughout the year; the council also organizes inter-college goodwill seminars twice a year.CAB has given students the opportunities to compete in regional activities and the faculties to participate in regional seminars and symposiums. It has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the University of West, California which will facilitate our graduates to complete their Master's degree within five years of their joining CAB, if so desired. This is an opportunity for students to save time and cost.CAB is also member of AMIDSA. This membership helps our Faculty to share pedagogy skills, upgrade existing Academic content and share experiences with the rest of the member institutes; one such being the COVID on Lone Education. Business incubation, and software development competition are the added programs for the coming year.CAB humbly request that prospective students please, visit us, evaluate the teaching methodology adopted by us, access the physical facilities with us, and of all have a free dialog with seniors before taking admission at CAB.
