Job description of the HR manager

The human resource department is responsible for collecting and managing the talent acquisition process, sourcing into the various departments, testing and interviewing, hiring, and boarding the employees as per the requirement of the post.

Description

-  Set objectives for the HR team and track progress.

-  Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment.

-  Develop compensation and benefits plans.

- Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process.

-  Host in-house recruitment events.

 - Discuss employees’ career development paths with managers.

 - Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire).

 - Organize learning and development programs.

 - Ensure HR staff addresses employees’ requests and grievances in a timely manner.

 - Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations.

- Day-to-day planning.

- Oversee staff benefits with the execution of upper-level.

Requirement 

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in the related field.

- Good verbal and written communication.

- Ability to manage young talents in various departments.

-  Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems).

- Solid understanding of labor legislation.

-  Excellent communication abilities.

 - Leadership skills.

-  Ability to foster healthy employee relations.
