Job Description for Digital Media Associate

The Digital Media Associate will be responsible for expanding the organization's presence on various social media platforms and other digital venues for five of the organization's major educational entities and institutions. The ideal candidate will have experience utilizing digital media to aid in the organization's exposure, promotion, and brand positioning. The person in this job, who reports to the Brand Engagement Manager, will help the wider communications team with a wide range of tasks, such as writing and developing content in multiple media forms, designing social media stories, videos, vlogs, and podcasts, and more.

- It manages social media networks for U.S. schools/colleges, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter, as well as other related platforms. 

- Construction of social media profiles on new and new social media platforms is what this person doesIt comes up with new ideas and concepts for social media content that are in line with the organization's strategy and follow the organization's campaign timeline.  

- optimizes material in accordance with search engine optimization principles (SEO).

- It creates material that encourages interaction, makes people more visible on websites, and gets people to participate in target groups.

- It looks at how many people have watched and what kind of demographic information they have. It also looks at how well social media campaigns have been working.

- Produce audiovisuals as needed.

- Assist third-party vendors and agencies with the optimization of digital media platforms.

- Assist and support the Department of Communications and Media.
