- Lead and Manage Team: Supervise and support a team of travel agents, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide high-quality customer service.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate clients and partnerships with travel service providers.
- Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
