Job Description:
Food and Life Beverage Pvt. Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Syrup/Room Process Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the beverage industry with a strong background in raw sugar dumping, syrup preparation, batch preparation, quality parameter management, as well as experience in CIP, pasteurizer, and homogenizer operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the raw sugar dumping process and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Manage syrup preparation, including the accurate measurement of ingredients and the maintenance of quality parameters.
- Conduct batch preparation while maintaining strict adherence to quality control measures.
- Operate and maintain Clean-in-Place (CIP) systems to ensure equipment cleanliness and sanitation.
- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot pasteurizer and homogenizer equipment to maintain optimal production conditions.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in raw sugar dumping, syrup preparation, batch preparation, and quality parameter management.
- Familiarity with Clean-in-Place (CIP) systems and experience in their operation.
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining pasteurizer and homogenizer equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues.
