Pathao Nepal is hiring a Supply Executive to manage delivery agent operations and fleet performance. The role involves agent onboarding, attendance tracking, performance reporting, issue resolution, inventory management, and daily coordination with delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Track delivery agent attendance and KM records
-
Manage fleet and assign delivery agents
-
Prepare daily performance and fuel reports
-
Handle onboarding and create agent IDs
-
Respond to agent queries and resolve issues
-
Maintain stock of delivery gear (bags, raincoats, etc.)

Monitor rider performance and report to management
Requirements:
-
2-3 years of experience in logistics or operations
-
Strong communication and Excel skills
-
Problem-solving attitude and ability to multitask
