Job Summary
The Recruitment executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. He/She will work closely with hiring managers to ensure timely and quality hiring aligned with organizational needs.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify staffing needs and coordinate with clients.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
- Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases.
- Assist in onboarding and documentation of new hires.
- Schedule interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and clients.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate & client experience.
- Verify candidate information, including reference and background checks.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR practices
- Ability to screen CVs and conduct initial interviews
- Familiarity with job portals, social media hiring, and referrals
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles
