Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited is filling multiple positions permanently through an open competition. The specific positions and their minimum educational qualification requirements are as follows:

1. Senior Manager

• First Class Master's Degree in Management, Commerce, Public Administration, or Humanities from a recognized educational institution.
• Minimum of 8 years of authorized-level experience in banks and financial institutions.

2. Manager

• First Class Master's Degree in Management, Commerce, Public Administration, or Humanities from a recognized educational institution.

3. Deputy Manager

4. Deputy Manager (Accounts)

• Chartered Accountancy degree from a recognized educational institution and registration with any government service or as per applicable law.
• At least 2 years of authorized-level experience in a registered company, firm, or University or Teacher Service or Nepal Chartered Accountants, an organized organization or bank and financial institution or International organization.

5. Assistant Manager & Assistant Manager (Cash)

• Degree in Management, Commerce, Public Administration, or Humanities from a recognized educational institution.
• Graduated with a master's degree in economics.

6. Assistant Manager (Law)

• Graduated from a recognized educational institution in the Faculty of Law.

7. Assistant Manager (Information Technology)

• Master's degree in Computer, Computer Science, Communication, or Information Technology from a recognized educational institution.

8. Assistant Manager (Accounts)

• Possession of a Chartered Accountancy degree from a recognized educational institution.

9. Assistant Manager (Agriculture)

• Graduated with a Master's Degree in Agricultural Science from a recognized educational institution.

10. Senior Assistant & Senior Assistant (Cash)

• Graduated from a recognized educational institution with economics as the main subject in management, commerce, public administration or humanities.

11. Senior Assistant (Information Technology)

• Graduate in Computer, Computer Science, Communication, or Information Technology from a recognized educational institution.

• Ten plus two or equivalent qualifications.

4. Disabled Persons

• A certificate certifying the disability from the Social Welfare Council, recommended by an approved doctor, must be scanned and attached to the application.

5. Backward Areas

• Applicants from backward areas, specifically from Achham, Kalikot, Jajarkot, Jumla, Dolpa, Bajhang, Bajura, Mugu, and Humla districts, must provide a certificate of citizenship obtained from the respective district mentioning permanent residence.
• A certificate from the concerned rural municipality or municipality certifying that the current permanent residence is in the same place must be scanned and attached to the application.

1. Salary and Benefits

The salary and other benefits will be provided in accordance with the prevailing rules of the bank.

2. Age Requirements for Candidates

• For Level 7, 8 and 9, candidates must be at least 21 years old by the last date of submission of the online application (i.e. 2080/03/30), and less than one year.
• For Level 6, candidates must be at least 21 years old and not exceeding 35 years.
• For Assistant Level Level 5 and 4, candidates must be at least 18 years old and not exceeding 35 years.

3. Selection Method

• For Level 5, 6, 7 and 8, the selection will be made based on written tests and interviews.

• Pre-qualification tests will be conducted in the first stage. Candidates who pass the exam will proceed to the second stage written exam. Those who pass the second stage written test will be eligible to participate in the third round interview. Please note that the marks of the prequalification test will not be added.

4. Other Service Conditions

• The service conditions will be as per National Commercial Bank Limited, Staff Service Regulations, 2070 (including the seventh amendment).

5. Probation Period

• The probation period will be 6 months for female employees and 1 year for male employees.

6. Posting

• Candidates appointed to Level 7, 8, 9, Level 6 Assistant Manager (Law), Assistant Manager (Information Technology), Assistant Manager (Agriculture) and Level 5 Senior Assistant (Information Technology) will be posted to work in the central office, provincial office and branch offices.
• Employees appointed as Assistant Manager and Assistant Manager (Cash) of Level 6, Senior Assistant and Senior Assistant (Cash) of Level 5, and Assistants and Assistant (Cash) of Level 4 will be posted for at least 5 years and 7 years respectively in the respective province and the branch offices under it.
• Please note that in case of Bagmati province, the office under Bagmati province (outside the valley) is considered.
