Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Control systems, SOPs, and best practices.

• Supervise and guide QC inspectors, technicians, and analysts.

• Oversee testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.

• Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and regulatory standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP).

• Maintain accurate documentation and QC records for internal audits and compliance.

• Lead investigations of quality non-conformities, root cause analysis, and CAPA implementation.

• Collaborate with production, procurement, and warehouse teams to resolve quality issues.

• Coordinate and prepare for internal and external audits and inspections.

• Schedule calibration and ensure maintenance of laboratory instruments and equipment.

• Train, mentor, and evaluate QC staff to uphold consistent quality performance.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Food Tech, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or related field.

• 5–7 years of experience in a QC or QA leadership role, ideally in the agro/food industry.

• Hands-on experience with lab testing methods and analytical tools.

• Strong knowledge of food safety standards, local regulatory compliance, and ISO practices.

• Excellent leadership, communication, documentation, and team management skills.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and promote a culture of quality and improvement.
