Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Product Officer to lead the growth and success of our products. This role blends product expertise, market insights, and strong communication skills to position products effectively, drive sales, and ensure exceptional market performance.

Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Product Marketing

• Develop and execute effective marketing strategies for assigned products.
• Clearly communicate product value propositions to the sales team.
• Support marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Manage the complete product lifecycle from concept to delivery.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and buying behavior.
• Analyze consumer data and address product improvement areas.
• Coordinate with design and content teams for marketing materials (brochures, catalogs, online content).
• Monitor and report on marketing performance and ROI.

2️⃣ Product Sales

• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
• Develop customer communication and feedback channels.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market insights for management.

3️⃣ Logistics & Inventory Management

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods for quality and quantity.
• Maintain accurate stock records and logs.
• Conduct monthly stock counts and reconcile with system data.
• Organize inventory for easy identification and retrieval.
• Monitor stock levels, replenish timely, and report damaged/expired items.
• Handle Daraz order deliveries as required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in product marketing and/or sales.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, sales techniques, and product positioning.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
