Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers/vendors based on quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
• Collect quotations, prepare comparative analyses, and negotiate terms with suppliers.
• Create and process purchase orders (POs) in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain updated procurement records, including pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels in coordination with store/inventory teams and initiate purchase requisitions as needed.
• Track deliveries and resolve any supply issues or delays with vendors.
• Ensure timely procurement of critical materials to avoid stockouts or production delays.
• Collaborate with finance to ensure proper documentation for payments and vendor reconciliation.
• Ensure procurement compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in annual procurement planning and budgeting based on consumption data.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Experience Requirements:

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain operations.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Proficient in procurement software, inventory management tools, and ERP systems.
• Familiarity with local vendor markets and logistics coordination.
