1. Patient Care & Treatment:
Conduct thorough physical assessments to diagnose movement dysfunctions, pain, or post-surgical/injury conditions.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based techniques:
- Manual therapy (joint mobilization, soft tissue release)
- Electrotherapy (TENS, ultrasound)
- Therapeutic exercises & rehabilitation programs
- Postural correction & ergonomic advice
- Treat conditions like back pain, sports injuries, stroke rehab, arthritis, and post-op recovery.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
2. Collaboration & Referrals:
- Work closely with doctors, chiropractors, and wellness coaches to align treatment goals (e.g., post-surgical rehab, chronic pain management).
- Refer patients to specialists (orthopedists, neurologists) when required.
- Participate in case discussions with the clinical team for integrated care.
3. Wellness & Preventive Care:
- Design preventive exercise programs for corporate clients, athletes, or elderly patients.
- Conduct workshops on injury prevention, workplace ergonomics, or mobility training.
- Promote the centre’s wellness services (e.g., yoga, Pilates, massage therapy) as complementary therapies.
4. Documentation & Compliance:
- Maintain accurate patient records (assessment notes, treatment logs, progress reports).
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, local licensing requirements).
- Manage inventory of physiotherapy equipment and supplies. Qualifications & Skills: ∙
Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
