🔧 Core Responsibilities
A. Store Operations Management
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures across outlets
- Monitor and ensure proper sales processing and reporting
- Ensure high-quality customer service at each outlet
- Oversee product display and SKU management
- Ensure proper goods receiving and inventory control procedures are followed
B. Staff Management
- Plan and manage outlet staffing requirements
- Maintain staff discipline and attendance
- Assist in onboarding and training of outlet staff
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance regularly
- Maintain reporting system for staff behavior, performance, and needs
C. Store Maintenance
- Ensure store cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Oversee maintenance of store infrastructure and fixtures
- Monitor equipment condition and coordinate servicing
🎓 Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in retail operations or team supervision (preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Must own a two-wheeler (fuel allowance provided)
- Willingness to travel across multiple outlets regularly
- Ability to work independently under pressure
- Familiarity with store operations and customer service best practices
🚀 Training & Growth Opportunity
- Selected candidates will undergo a 6-month Management Trainee Period to gain operational understanding.
- Based on performance, candidates will be promoted to Operations Area In-Charge, overseeing up to 15 outlets through field supervisors.
