Duty Shifts:
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
👉 Candidates must be flexible to work in any assigned shift.
📅 Saturdays & Holidays: Minimum 4-hour work shift (with substitute leave or OT as per policy).

Requirement: Valid driving license with scooter/bike (mandatory)

🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Handle on-call inquiries and provide accurate, valid, and complete information.
- Manage correspondence, including drafting and responding to emails professionally.
- Ensure tasks are completed with high quality and within given deadlines.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams.
- Support day-to-day operational activities and coordination.

✅ Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–2 years in related field (Freshers are also encouraged to apply)
  • Bachelor’s degree running or completed (Management background).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer proficiency (MS Office, Email drafting, etc.).
  • Ability to handle multitasking and work under pressure.
  • Customer service-oriented with problem-solving skills.
  • Personal vehicle required if residing far from the office.
