Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our daily administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate will handle office logistics, assist with documentation, manage correspondence, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage logistics tasks, including dispatch and warehouse coordination.
- Sort, register, and route correspondence; prepare and format routine documents and reports.
- Receive and direct telephone calls and visitors, providing accurate responses or referring to the appropriate contact person.
- Enter, retrieve, update, and maintain information and data in company systems.
- Organize and maintain office files and reference systems in line with standard procedures.
- Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of office premises, including furniture and workspaces.
- Take care of plants and other company assets.
- Operate office equipment (photocopy, scanner, printer) and ensure regular maintenance; arrange repairs when necessary.
- Handle document collection and delivery from banks, customers, courier offices, government agencies, and other institutions.
- Perform any other administrative or operational tasks as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or ongoing).
- Prior experience in logistics or administrative roles preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Presentable appearance with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Must hold a valid two-wheeler driving license.
