Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our daily administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate will handle office logistics, assist with documentation, manage correspondence, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage logistics tasks, including dispatch and warehouse coordination.
  • Sort, register, and route correspondence; prepare and format routine documents and reports.
  • Receive and direct telephone calls and visitors, providing accurate responses or referring to the appropriate contact person.
  • Enter, retrieve, update, and maintain information and data in company systems.
  • Organize and maintain office files and reference systems in line with standard procedures.
  • Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of office premises, including furniture and workspaces.
  • Take care of plants and other company assets.
  • Operate office equipment (photocopy, scanner, printer) and ensure regular maintenance; arrange repairs when necessary.
  • Handle document collection and delivery from banks, customers, courier offices, government agencies, and other institutions.
  • Perform any other administrative or operational tasks as assigned.

 

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed or ongoing).
  • Prior experience in logistics or administrative roles preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Presentable appearance with a professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Must hold a valid two-wheeler driving license.
