Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and monitor stock levels, ensuring timely replenishment before depletion.
  • Initiate stock procurement on time to avoid shortages.
  • Coordinate with Accounts, Sales & Marketing, and Warehouse to streamline office operations.
  • Travel to the market as needed for purchasing, reporting, or other business needs.
  • Prepare and maintain billing, purchasing, and sales reports accurately.
  • Submit comprehensive reports of Accounts, Sales, Marketing, and Warehouse to the board.
  • Analyze and report data using Excel (SPSS knowledge is an advantage).
  • Take responsibility for office functions in the absence of any staff.
  • Ensure clear communication across departments and handle daily operational tasks efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Two-wheeler license required (Company vehicle will be provided).
  • Preferably male candidate with strong communication skills.
  • Must be proactive, accountable, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities efficiently.
  • Knowledge of Excel (SPSS knowledge will be a plus).
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills.
  • Flexibility to travel to the market as required.
