- Wrapping momo;
- Presentation of momo wrapping must be done in proper way so that it looks nice while serving to customer;
- Must co-ordinate with momo slicer for mokho’s that need to be prepared for the order;
- Must know the type of momo he/she has wrapped to serve the respective order to customer;
- Should use different spoons for different types of meat;
- Prepare momo wraps as fast as possible;
- Keep tracks of how many baskets is required to serve the customer in time;
- Keep momo baskets, butter, oil and other necessary items in stock for day to day operations;
- If momo associates are too busy to handle customers, momo wrapper should be able to play both roles (momo associates & momo wrapper);
- Personal hygiene must be maintained all the time;
- Cleaning your aprons is also your own responsibility;
- Do not forget to put on mask & hairnet before entering the work station or kitchen;
- Work environment must be neat & tidy;
- Able to perform additional duties as requested by the management as and when required
