Position Summary

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to oversee and manage the marketing activities of our FMCG products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing campaigns for FMCG products, as well as the ability to manage a team of marketing professionals. This position will require a deep understanding of the FMCG industry, consumer behavior, and the ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Major Roles And Responsibilities (Job Details)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing plans that increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and generate revenue growth for FMCG products.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and operations, to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify new opportunities and optimize marketing campaigns.
• Manage a team of marketing professionals, including setting goals, providing feedback, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring that spending is aligned with marketing objectives and ROI is tracked and analyzed.
• Work with external vendors and agencies to develop and execute marketing campaigns across a variety of channels, including digital, social, and traditional media.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in FMCG marketing to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in FMCG marketing, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with different departments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and tracking ROI.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and tactics.
