Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Design Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in both digital and print design, contributing to product development and marketing initiatives while maintaining brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

✏️ Design & Collaboration

• Work with customers to understand personalization needs, themes, and style preferences
• Develop creative concepts and designs for customized products (mugs, t-shirts, stationery, tote bags, etc.)
• Use design tools to create product mock-ups, digital assets, social media creatives, and marketing visuals
• Assist in developing original illustrations, artwork, and patterns aligned with brand identity
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support visual storytelling and promotions

🖥️ Production & Customization

• Prepare final production files (e.g., vector files for laser cutting or 3D printing)
• Customize bulk order items (e.g., wedding favors, corporate gifts) with personalized names and messages
• Ensure accuracy in spelling, font usage, and layout across all personalized designs
• Communicate with customers on customization clarifications as needed

📊 Process & Quality

• Prioritize and manage tasks to meet deadlines for bulk and custom orders
• Maintain consistency and quality in all design output
• Stay updated with design trends and industry best practices

Requirements

• Education: Degree or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• Experience: Freshers or 0–1 year of relevant experience (portfolio preferred)
• Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (other tools a plus)
• Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
• Ability to accept and apply constructive feedback
• Detail-oriented with strong creative thinking
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Portfolio showcasing design work is highly preferred
