Descriptions
As a Junior Executive in the VM Team, you will manage relationships with existing merchants, ensure steady order flow, and solve issues quickly. This role is ideal for someone who is calm, responsible, organized, and enjoys talking to people and solving problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly follow up with active merchants to ensure performance consistency.
- Resolve day-to-day merchant concerns in coordination with internal teams.
- Maintain a merchant database and update performance records.
- Assist in running promotional campaigns, or training sessions.
- Report performance metrics and trends to the BD Lead – VM.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (running or completed).
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Attention to detail and proactive issue resolution.
- Comfortable working with performance data.
- Prior experience in merchant/vendor handling is preferred.
