4. In case of Associate Professor (Pharmacy), a copy of the certificate registered with the Nepal Pharmacy Council.
5. M.P.S. (Biomedical Technician) should have passed BMET from a recognized institution.
6. Those who have studied abroad should submit a copy of the certificate confirming the equivalence of educational qualifications.
7. 2 copies of passport size photo.
