Looking for a Network Engineer Intern to maintain, and support our growing network infrastructure. This role will be part of a systems engineering team that is responsible for designing and developing scalable, maintainable, highly available network architectures that meet business objectives and SLAs.

Internship Duration: 3 months

Responsibilities:

• Install and configure various network devices, services, and software 
• Perform network maintenance and system upgrades 
• Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability
• Monitor system resource utilization, and perform capacity planning
• Produce/maintain documentation related to network, infrastructure, and software configuration
• Provide Level-2/3 technical support for troubleshooting and issue resolution (in person or on call)
• Assist with security tools, policies, and protocols in alignment with company policy
• Network and peripheral device repair and maintenance
• User Management
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and other IT personnel for issue resolution

Requirements and skills:

• Bachelors result waiting or completed preferably in CSIT, BSc IT or any relevant course
• Basic understanding of networking protocols
• FortiGuard training/certification preferred
• CCNA or higher training/certification will be added advantage
• Experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools preferred
