•  Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
•  At least one year experience in the related field.
• Strong knowledge of networking (CCNA / MTCNA), Hands on experience in setting up Ubiquiti / Grandstream Access Points, cloud computing, enterprise applications, cybersecurity frameworks.
• Ability to assess IT challenges, analyze data, and implement structured solutions.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for IT project execution.
• Experience in streamlining IT operations, improving system efficiencies, and ensuring high availability.

Job Responsibility :-

• IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee the maintenance, configuration, and optimization of hardware, software, and networks to ensure seamless business operations.
• System Performance Analysis: Monitor system efficiency, analyze performance metrics, and implement necessary improvements to enhance reliability. 
• Security & Compliance: Enforce IT security policies, manage risk assessments, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
• Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
•  Technology Implementation: Evaluate, recommend, and deploy new IT solutions that enhance productivity and operational effectiveness.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with external service providers, ensuring optimal performance and cost-effective solutions.
• Data Management & Reporting: Analyze IT-related data, generate insights, and provide reports to support decision-making.
•  Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in IT workflows and implement automation or process improvements to enhance efficiency.
