Roles and responsibilities of this job:
We are seeking a dynamic, presentable, and people-oriented Hospitality Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining excellent client relations, ensuring smooth office hospitality operations, and creating a welcoming environment for all guests and stakeholders. 

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors with a warm, professional, and welcoming attitude—maintaining 5-star hospitality standards at all times.
Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
Coordinate and support administrative, hospitality, and event-related tasks as needed.
Manage office hospitality arrangements, ensuring guests feel valued and well-attended.
Handle in-person, phone, and digital communication promptly and professionally.
Maintain an organized, neat, and inviting reception and office environment.
Demonstrate high attentiveness, proactive service, and attention to detail—similar to premium hotel/café service.
