๐Ÿ”‘ Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee 1688/ZQ order placement & pending queue flow
- Manage warehousing, pick/pack throughput, QC & dispatch systems
- Coordinate with Pathao, Hulagi, Aramex for last-mile excellence
- Ensure inventory accuracy across Shopify, TIGG ERP & master sheets
- Automate fulfillment and reporting tools (Importify, WhatsApp BOT, Looker Studio)
- Lead cross-functional teams: Procurement, Fulfillment, QC, Returns & Customer Service

๐Ÿง  You’re the Right Fit If You Have:

- Bachelor’s degree in BBS, BBA, or a related field
- 7–12 years of experience in high-volume e-commerce or 3PL operations
- Hands-on experience scaling operations to 1k+ orders/day
- Strong Excel (pivot, query), process optimization & QC/returns knowledge
- Experience with Nepali logistics + Mandarin basics is a plus
- Calm under pressure, systems thinker, and fluent communicator

๐Ÿ“ˆ Your First 90 Days:
- 30 Days: Map full order flow and identify top 3 bottlenecks
- 60 Days: Launch scan-verify SOP, publish first Ops dashboard
- 90 Days: Reach 95% delivery success and reduce dispatch time by 20%
