Architect and lead the full-funnel growth engine—acquisition, activation, retention, referral—to scale Tudoholic from ~$1M to ~$5M in monthly revenue, all while maintaining a premium customer experience.

• 4–5× net revenue growth
• Blended ROAS: 40–50
• CPA ≤ $0.70
• CVR improvement of +30% from baseline
• Maintain repeat purchase rate of 50%+
• Ensure 3% of listed SKUs generate 80%+ of total sales

🛠️ Core Responsibilities:

1. Growth Strategy & Budgeting

• Own 90-day OKRs, spend forecasting, and payback planning

2. Performance Marketing

• Meta Advantage+, Google P-Max, TikTok Ads, Affiliate programs
• Daily pacing, bid rules, and ROAS management

3. Catalog & Merchandising

• Manage 50k+ SKUs across sub-stores & 3–4k high-performing SKUs
• Collaborate with Ops on variant integrity and feed management

4. Content & Storytelling

• Oversee product copy, PDPs, influencer briefs, and social calendars

5. CRO & UX Optimization

• Run A/B tests on landing pages, checkout, upsells, and app improvements

6. CRM & Retention

• Design automated WhatsApp/Viber flows, Klaviyo email journeys, loyalty programs

7. Analytics & BI

• Build dashboards (Looker Studio), LTV analysis, margin tracking

8. Team & Vendor Management

• Hire and coach a multidisciplinary team; manage agency and creator contracts

9. Voice of Customer

• Loop insights from customer service into PDPs, creatives, and UX improvements

🔧 Day-to-Day Tools:

• Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, GA4, Shopify, Matrixify, Feed for Meta, Klaviyo, Zapier, Looker Studio, Excel/Sheets. (SQL a plus!)

👤 Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 5–10 years of experience in digital marketing, customer experience, or growth roles.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Proven track record scaling 3× revenue
• Deep Shopify, catalog, and product feed experience
• Strong creative instinct balanced by data rigor
• Leadership of 5+ person multidisciplinary teams
• Bonus: Knowledge of Nepal/South Asia market, Mandarin for supplier comms

Day 30: Audit funnel, reset KPIs, implement quick CRO tests
Day 60: Relaunch paid channels, establish creative pipeline, first CRM flows live
Day 90: Hit 95% spend efficiency, submit FY growth roadmap & headcount plan
