⏰ Job Timing: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day financial data entry and inventory recording
- Enter transactions into accounting software accurately and timely
- Support store inventory management and stock reconciliation
- Receive, verify, and record all incoming goods and items as per hotel standards
- Coordinate with procurement and accounts departments for inventory accuracy
🔹 Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (running or completed)
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality sector
- Basic knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
