Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Documentation Assistant to join our last-mile delivery operations team. The Documentation Assistant will be responsible for managing, verifying, and preparing essential documents related to daily operations. This role ensures that all files are properly maintained, records are accurate, and necessary documentation is available to support smooth business operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize all operational documents, records, and files in a systematic manner.
  • Verify and check the accuracy, completeness, and authenticity of received documents.
  • Prepare and compile necessary documentation as required by management or operations teams.
  • Support the operations team by providing timely documentation for deliveries, branch activities, or client requirements.
  • Update and maintain both digital and physical filing systems.
  • Assist in generating daily, weekly, and monthly documentation reports.
  • Coordinate with different branches, departments, and external partners to ensure all required documents are submitted on time.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of all sensitive company documents.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Branch Operation Manager.

 

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • +2 or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in documentation, administrative support, or a similar role is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable using digital documentation tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
