We are seeking highly competent experts with experience in international companies to join Sprout Technology Service Pvt. Ltd. (Sprout) as immediate hires in the following roles:

Job Tile: Data Architect (Role & Responsibilities)

Number of positions: 1
The data architect is a key member of the data team and the wider engineering team. The data architect will work closely with the data team and platform microservice teams.

Required Experience and Qualification:

• At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Management of Information Systems or any other relevant degree from an internationally accredited University.
• Experience of developing standards for the development of good practices such as data security, data ingress and egress, data standardization.
• Experience of introducing and implementing frameworks that allow the data team to develop standard data ingress and egress pipelines that are repeatable, secure, maintainable and performant.
• Works with the data team and wider engineering teams to share good practice and processes, evangelize around the work the data team is doing and promote new ideas, services and technologies.
• Works with each microservice/team to productize their data.
• At least 5 years of professional experience.
• Defines standards of security, quality, reliability, SLAs, SLOs, etc.
• Defines a reference architecture that CAN be used to achieve the previous standards.
• Leads and coaches data modeling and design efforts within domains until teams can run on their own
