📝 Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Counter Billing Associate to manage VAT and PAN billing operations efficiently. This role is essential to ensure accurate invoicing, compliance with Nepal’s tax regulations, and effective coordination with internal departments such as sales, accounts, and logistics.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue accurate VAT and PAN invoices in a timely manner.
• Verify sales orders, pricing, and discounts before billing.
• Maintain accurate and organized billing transaction records for audits.
• Ensure compliance with current Nepal VAT and tax regulations.
• Reconcile daily sales reports with issued invoices.
• Handle billing-related queries from customers and internal departments.
• Coordinate with the accounts team for tax reporting and filing.
• Update inventory records after billing to support stock accuracy.
• Generate and submit billing reports for management reviews.

✅ Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.

Experience:

• 1-2 years or freshers are encouraged to apply.

Skills:

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems).
• Sound knowledge of Nepal VAT and tax laws.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
