Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure full compliance with NRB regulations and AML/KYC requirements.
- Review KYC documents and monitor transactions to identify and report suspicious activities.
- Draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to strengthen internal controls.
- Support internal and external audits and prepare required regulatory reports.
- Conduct compliance training sessions for relevant teams to ensure awareness and adherence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in a compliance role, ideally within fintech or a Payment Service Provider (PSP).
- Strong knowledge of NRB guidelines, AML/CFT policies, and compliance best practices.
- Excellent documentation, reporting, and communication skills.
