🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys, leveling, and layout planning for new projects
- Design and construct tower and equipment foundations, ensuring stability and cost-efficiency
- Perform soil testing and recommend appropriate foundation types based on analysis
- Collaborate closely with the electrical team to ensure all civil structures are ready for installation
- Monitor work to ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and project deadlines
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), progress reports, and maintain accurate site documentation

✅ Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in civil site planning, design, and execution
- Strong knowledge of surveying, land development, and foundation planning
- Experience with structural design for tower foundations is highly preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, or similar structural design tools
