Position Summary: Chaudhary Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Procurement Manager to join our team with following details.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or in a similar procurement leadership role.
3. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to create win-win agreements with suppliers.

Major Roles And Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement procurement strategies in line with corporate marketing
2. Source and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish favorable terms and conditions related for BTL materials.
3. Oversee the procurement process for goods, services, and raw materials while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
4. Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular vendor assessments to maintain a high standard of quality of products
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
6. Maintain strong supplier relationships and actively seek out new vendors to diversify the supply chain and reduce risk.
7. Lead, mentor, and develop the procurement team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency in procurement processes.
9. Prepare and present procurement reports to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and achievements.
