Responsibilities:
• Developing growth strategies and plans
• Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
• Increasing client base
• Writing business proposals
• Negotiating with stakeholders
• Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
• Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
• Up-to-date with business trends
• Drafting and reviewing contracts
• Reporting on successes and areas needing improvement
• Provide guidance to junior
• Coordinate with client for payments
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Analyzing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services recruiting, training, and guiding business development staff.
• Determines annual and gross profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions.
• Should have strong analytical skill and interpersonal skill
• Should be proficient in computer skills (Email, Internet, Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. PowerPoint etc) Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy.
