Responsibilities:
● Generate leads and onboarding of new restaurants and Bazaar vendors
● Explain the benefits of joining the platform to vendors
● Should look after the contract renewal and be liable for documentation
● Continually monitoring sales trends to determine which items/products are more popular than
others.
● Drives strategic negotiations for the growth of Pathao food and Bazaar
● Provides required training on the dashboard and system to vendors
● Assist Food Ops and another team on campaign and promotion
● Merchandise plan in the base of vendor’s tier as per requirement
● Meeting with vendors for negotiations, branding, marketing, or business insights purposes
● Maintain a good relationship with vendors
● Quarterly and yearly Strategic plan for Pathao Food and Bazaar to enhance the business growth
● Prepare and submit daily weekly and monthly progress reports
● Duties may change, and team members may be required to perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Minimum Bachelors Completed or Masters running for an Executive position
• A marketing background will be preferable
• At least 6 months experience for Jr. Executive position
