Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to oversee and manage the day-to-day administrative operations of our organization. This mid-level position requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and strong coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Administrative Support

  • Oversee daily office operations, including correspondence, filing, record-keeping, and scheduling.
  • Prepare, review, and process documents such as customs papers, banking documents, letters, reports, and contracts.
  • Maintain and update company databases, employee records, and administrative files.
  • Manage important and confidential company documents securely.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for smooth operational flow.

 

2. Logistics & Coordination

  • Assist in shipment documentation and coordinate with logistics partners and creditors when required.
  • Track and monitor ongoing shipments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Support procurement processes and manage inventory of office supplies and equipment.

 

3. HR & Compliance Assistance

  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining HR-related documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable legal requirements.
  • Support the organization of training sessions, meetings, and corporate events.

 

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Nepali.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • High attention to accuracy, confidentiality, and detail.
  • Knowledge of office equipment and standard administrative procedures.

 

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or office management roles.
  • Experience in logistics, trading, or service industry preferred.
  • Must own a two-wheeler with a valid license.
