Job Description for Videographer Lead

- To develop and maintain relationships with key Daraz sellers and brand representatives in order to manage business growth in the Tools/DIY category.

- Collaborate with sellers and brands to develop promotions and schemes that increase sales for your sellers while also increasing value for Daraz customers.

- Keep an eye on the industry. Understanding prices, logistics, key players, and sourcing logistics, as well as identifying top sellers, trending products, and new brands, will provide Daraz customers with greater variety.

- Ensure that the sellers are meeting operational KPIs, such as processing orders, responding to customer questions, correctly maintaining stocks, and so on.

- Analyze data to identify problems and areas for improvement, and then create reports for internal and external stakeholders to track and improve performance.

- Take consistent and proactive steps to expand your category.
